Roger Williams University

So we went to visit URI on Averys list and he felt it was wayyy too big which I was surprised with and makes me wonder how hes going to feel about UConn, Rutgers and UNH which are all on his list.  He has always wanted to see Roger Williams (marine bio program in particular) and we are going to the Spring Tour on Sunday 4/21.  Does anyone have feedback on the school?  Insight etc?

Oy, we're taking Elizabeth to see URI, too, and I am also afraid she'll think it's too big, so this makes me more nervous! We'll fit in a visit to RWU, as well, and we've added UNH to our list (Paul works with someone whose 2 daughters go there and had great things to say). UNH student population is actually a bit smaller than URI (according to Google anyway).

How did the Open House go yesterday? I wish we could have gone!

Hes pretty much sold on RWU.  He loved it and the campus / staff was amazing.  The open house was really done nicely  and we met with the staff for the marine bio aqua science department and had presentations about the program.  They have a huge wet labs that we toured.  Its a small private school, I think it has about 4000 students . We are going to visit UConn, and Rutgers, but I think theyre both going to be very big after looking RWU.  UNH is on the list but we most likely will not be able to get to that school unless they do tours over the summer and in my opinion, I think thats a perfect school for what hes looking for as well. He said he was going to apply for that school and if he gets in then well do a tour, but , in my gut , he really loved RWU.
